Each elegantly furnished Savannah or Tybee Island vacation rental or home includes original historic details such as soaring ceilings with ornate crown moldings and medallions, gleaming antique heart pine floors, original fireplace mantels and period decor with antiques and interesting art.

All properties have fully outfitted kitchens, TV's, DVD and/or VCRs, central heat and air, towels, custom designed high thread count bedding, laundry facilities, irons and ironing boards, blow dryers, lock box check-in and highly coveted outdoor space that is enjoyable year round. No smoking and no pets.

Optional premium services are also available for a fee at select properties such as airport pick up, private chef, gift baskets, flowers, a pre-stocked refrigerator, in - house massage, and daily, weekly, monthly maid service.
